I am a VKY trained Yoga teacher and certified by S-Vyasa University in 2022. I have been learning yoga from Rajendraji for the last years. I have attended intense yoga classes, retreat and many special yoga programs in this learning journey . I have carried out Sadhana Yathras to enhance my spiritual awareness and help me share the acquired knowledge as a yoga teacher. I have been volunteering to teach online and face to face yoga classes with VKY . This has inspired and enabled me to help guide my family, friends and community in their journey of yoga. I have conducted and assisted yoga sessions at various mass scale events like international day of yoga , kids lessons etc.
